• After the inquiry over the phone, a $95 deposit is required to secure the booking.
• The $95 deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service upon completion.
• This deposit will be fully refunded if cancellations are made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service.
• For cancellations made within 48 hours, the deposit will be non-refundable.

For services located beyond a 35-mile radius from Bryan, TX, a $60 travel fee will be applied. This fee ensures that we can continue providing high-quality services for properties that require additional travel time and costs.

• The fee will be calculated based on the distance from Bryan, TX to the service location.
• For locations within the 50-mile radius, no travel fee applies.
• The $60 fee is added to the total service cost and will be communicated at the time of booking.
